Product Description

This model features a welded assembly consisting of round tube steel shafts and segmented equal-thickness helical flights, which facilitates mass production, dimensional tolerance control and project-specific customization. The flight diameter, tube wall thickness, overall length, quantity of helical flights, connection methods and surface treatments of the product can be adjusted in accordance with customer drawings or engineering specifications. The actual load-bearing capacity shall be comprehensively verified based on soil conditions, installation torque, embedment depth and engineering design requirements.

It adopts a segmented equal-thickness helical flight structure, enabling precise control over flight thickness, dimensional tolerances and welding consistency.

Flexible flight configuration

Single or double flights are optional, adjustable in accordance with soil layer conditions and load-bearing requirements.

The standard length is 2.1 m. Extension sections or custom lengths are available to meet various embedment depth demands.
