Where additional engineering assistance is required, our Canadian engineering team can participate in project-specific technical discussions and offer consultative input on helical pile foundation concepts, pile selection and configuration, general load capacity, geotechnical suitability, and installation considerations.

This support is provided on a collaborative and consultative basis to help customers refine their technical solutions, while responsibility for final project design, local engineering approval, and site execution remains with the customer and its appointed professionals.

For customers requiring additional practical support, SSP can also assist with helical pile product selection and configuration, installation equipment selection and supply, equipment operation training, and general installation-related technical guidance. SSP operates two complementary product lines. The first focuses on helical pile foundation products, including helical piles and related components. The second focuses on industrial helical products, including customized helical flights and custom-fabricated screw and auger shafts. These industrial components are widely used in screw conveyors, mixing equipment, screw presses, rotary drilling equipment, and other material-handling and processing machinery.

As one of the pioneers of the helical pile industry in China, SSP is also one of the principal drafting organizations for the Henan provincial standard for helical pile foundations. The company has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, CE certification for applicable products, and CWB certification for its welding operations.

Our technical capabilities are further supported by multiple patents and other intellectual property rights, as well as proprietary programs developed for helical flight blank pattern calculation and forming and for helical pile pipe-shaft cutting layouts.
