SSP-RS102 is a standard round shaft helical pile built around a 102 mm (4.02 in) outer-diameter steel tubular shaft. It is commonly paired with 250 mm (9.84 in), 300 mm (11.81 in), 350 mm (13.78 in) or 400 mm (15.75 in) diameter helical plates to accommodate different soil conditions, structural loads and installation requirements. This model is commonly used for residential foundations, modular buildings, small commercial structures, solar mounting systems, cabins, light industrial structures and other general foundation applications. Depending on project requirements, the SSP-RS102 can be supplied with single or multiple helices. Shaft length, wall thickness, helix diameter, helix spacing, connection details, pile caps, brackets and surface treatments can be customized according to project drawings and site conditions. For projects with specified compression, tension or lateral load requirements, the final pile configuration should be determined according to soil information, design loads, installation torque, embedment depth and engineering requirements.
