We manufacture helical foundation products and matching components, from individual parts to complete pile assemblies. Our product range includes:

Customization can cover shaft dimensions, helix diameter, thickness and pitch, connection details, material grades, welding requirements and surface treatment. Product marking, customer branding and packaging can also be agreed for each order.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

We review manufacturing and inspection requirements at the order stage so that both teams understand the approved specifications and expected documentation.

Depending on the product and agreed scope, quality checks may include material verification, dimensional inspection, welding checks, coating thickness measurement and final packing inspection. These checks focus on the requirements established for your order.

Required inspection records and supply documents are agreed before production. Applicable certificates and their scope are available through our quality information.

For repeat orders, approved drawings and specifications provide the production reference. Proposed revisions are reviewed and confirmed before implementation, helping both teams maintain clear requirements across successive orders.

Engineering Support & OEM Cooperation

Our Canadian product engineering team can support preliminary product selection, manufacturability review and product-related technical discussions. Where useful, we may suggest adjustments to fabrication, material utilization or connection details.

Any proposed changes are submitted to your team or appointed engineer for approval before production. Our role is straightforward: we provide recommendations, your team approves the requirements, and SSP manufactures accordingly.

Products can be supplied under your brand, with marking and packaging agreed for the order. Customer drawings, specifications and project information are handled in accordance with agreed confidentiality and commercial terms.

Our technical support focuses on products and manufacturing. Final foundation design, site verification, local approvals and installation remain with the customer and their appointed professionals.
