Many of our customers already have their own pile systems, engineering teams, installation experience and sales channels. They do not need another company to take over their technical or commercial role. They need a manufacturer that understands helical pile products, follows approved requirements and communicates clearly throughout production.

Structured Screw Pile China Ltd., together with its wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary in Henan, operates under the SSP brand as a specialized manufacturer of helical piles and related components. Manufacturing is centered at our facilities in China and supported by our Canadian product engineering team. This structure allows us to combine responsive technical communication with practical, scalable fabrication.

What SSP Can Manufacture

Our manufacturing scope includes helical pile shafts, ground screws, helical anchors, extensions, couplings, caps, brackets and other custom-fabricated components. We also produce helical flights and custom screw or auger shafts for industrial applications. Products can be manufactured to customer drawings, project specifications, samples or agreed product configurations.

Depending on the order, SSP can support customized shaft sizes, helix diameters and thicknesses, connection details, plate and bracket configurations, welding requirements, surface treatments, markings, packaging and private-label presentation. Final production requirements are confirmed with the customer before manufacture.

From Customer Drawings to Manufacturable Products

Our preferred OEM model begins with the customer's drawings, specifications and quality requirements. SSP reviews the information from a manufacturing perspective and may suggest changes that improve fabrication feasibility, material use, consistency or production efficiency. Where requested, our Canadian product engineering team can join technical discussions concerning product configuration and intended application.

Any recommendation is consultative. Product dimensions, performance requirements and drawing revisions are returned to the customer for review and approval before production. This keeps engineering ownership clear while allowing both teams to benefit from SSP's manufacturing experience.

Controlled Production and Quality

SSP manages fabrication through defined production and inspection procedures. Depending on the product and agreed order requirements, controls may include incoming material verification, cutting and forming checks, welding control, dimensional inspection, surface-finish inspection, final inspection and packaging verification. Relevant manufacturing or inspection documents can be supplied where required and agreed.

Our capabilities are supported by ISO 9001 quality management certification, CWB certification for welding operations and CE certification for applicable products. Proprietary programs for helical flight blank calculation and pile shaft cutting layouts also help improve accuracy, material utilization and repeatability in customized production.

Respect for Customer Ownership

A durable OEM relationship depends on trust. SSP works to protect customer-provided drawings, specifications, branding information and project data in accordance with the agreed commercial terms. Products can be supplied under the customer's brand and packaged to agreed requirements. The customer retains ownership of its brand, commercial activities, engineering decisions and local market relationships.

Our role is straightforward: the customer or its engineer approves the product requirements; SSP manufactures accordingly. Final foundation design, site-specific verification, code compliance, local approval and installation remain the responsibility of the customer and its appointed professionals.

A Clear OEM Cooperation Process

Cooperation normally starts with drawings, specifications, target quantities and delivery requirements. SSP reviews manufacturability, clarifies open points and provides a quotation. After drawings, samples or technical requirements are approved, we arrange production, inspection, packaging and shipment under the agreed quality plan. For repeat orders, the confirmed specifications provide a stable basis for consistent supply and future optimization.
