Accompanied by our management and technical team, the visitors toured the production workshop, finished product storage and testing areas. The review covered material selection and component processing, together with helix welding, hot dip galvanizing and compression and uplift testing.

The visit gave the customers an opportunity to examine the production process in person and discuss how manufacturing details relate to their procurement requirements.

Discussing product requirements for European projects

Discussions included helical pile applications in solar energy, municipal infrastructure and transmission tower foundations. Our focus as a manufacturer is to translate the agreed product specification into components that can be produced, inspected and packed for delivery.

For a proposed order, we clarify the drawings, steel grade, dimensions, connections, coating and required inspection records before confirming the manufacturing scope. Quantities, packing and the delivery destination also form part of the quotation review.
